DiCOmo is carrying out with its partners the LEAN PRODUCTION, but what does it mean, how does it work and how can this be done with customers?

Lean production is a management system that aims to minimize waste down to cancel them and DiCOmo, as a consultant company, helps its partners in the application of the here below 5 guiding principles:

  • Identifying the value’s flow: determining the set of actions leading to the realisation of the product or service;
  • Make activities smoothly: everything must be done for processes and not for functions, without stops or interruptions;
  • Set the activities according to the “pull” and not “push” logic, meaning to realize an activity only when the downstream process requires it;
  • Pursuing perfection through continuous improvements: KAIZEN (KAI = change, improvement / ZEN = good, better).

Thanks to lean production, DiCOmo, together with its partners and against limited investments, has been able to obtain significant improvements compared to several key factors that have led to very positive feedback from customers:

  • Increased efficiency and productivity of resources;
