13th edition of SICAM

The 13th edition of SICAM, which every year welcomes the most qualified international furnishing professionals to the fair closed in Pordenone with a growing number of visitors: more than 8000 companies visiting from 115 different countries of the world. Of particular importance were the number of visitors arriving at the fair not only from the main markets throughout Europe but also from areas of interesting prospects such as North Africa, the Middle East and the Americas.
There was a very lively atmosphere among the stands during these four days of the fair. Never before as in this edition, many innovations were presented in all sectors to stimulate exchanges of ideas and projects between companies and visiting professionals; there was still a strong desire to establish new business relationships or to resume those that in recent times had been confined only to online world due to pandemic causes.
As every year, DiCOmo has participated in the SICAM supporting its partners and making new agreements for new projects or consolidating the already existing relationships with the various customers who were visiting the fair.
Design, quality and sustainability are the distinctive elements of the products that have been presented and that will even more enrich the wide choice between decorative, finishes and supports.

In this case too, the contribution of DiCOmo, which increasingly pushes its partners to take new paths that combine sustainability with new designs and product quality, has been fundamental.
As already explained, the integration of environmental sustainability in the products sold is very important: it allows people and nature to live in symbiosis, creating hospitable places for both. Sustainable furniture must live as long as possible and at the end of its life cycle must be disposed of or recycled easily and adapt to both the needs of the planet and the aesthetic canons and marketing needs.
DiCOmo helps all its partners in the study and research of sustainable products to be always at the forefront and allow them to be competitive in the market.
The new appointment is for October 2023, when in Pordenone from Tuesday 17 to Friday 20, all major players of the world furniture industry will meet.
